1. The service provider may suspend or terminate the services, either in whole
or in part. The user agrees not to claim any damages from the service provider
in the following cases:
1.1 The service is suspended, disrupted, or cannot operate normally due to force
majeure or circumstances beyond the control of the service provider, including
but not limited to Acts of God, actions by civil or military authorities, fires,
strikes, lockouts or labor disputes, epidemics, laws, decrees, orders, or
government restrictions, wars, terrorism, riots, earthquakes, storms, typhoons,
floods, computer or electronic data disruptions, telecommunications or internet
service failures, or issues with network providers.
1.2 The service is suspended, disrupted, or cannot operate normally due to
actions by external parties or other reasons not caused by the service
provider.
1.3 The service provider determines that the user has used the service
unlawfully or in violation of the service provider's terms.
2. The service provider is not liable for any damages to the user caused by
computer viruses, spyware, scareware, Trojans, worms, or other malware that may
affect computers or devices, or for data breaches resulting from phishing,
website spoofing, data theft, or other attacks.
3. The service provider is not responsible for any damages caused by the user’s
own negligence or by external parties, except for damages resulting from the
service provider's faults or errors.
In cases where damages arise from the service provider's faults or errors,
rendering the user unable to access the system or use the services, the service
provider agrees to compensate the user. The compensation will be equivalent to
the number of days the service was unavailable, calculated based on the daily
service fees the user must pay, but not exceeding the monthly service fee, until
the issue is resolved.
